1. Digital Subscription Service

GraceFinance is a digital subscription service. No physical goods are shipped or delivered. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you gain immediate access to the features and AI insight capacity associated with your subscription tier.

2. Automatic Renewal

All paid subscriptions (Grace Pro, Grace Full Access, and Grace Unlimited) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, monthly or annually, unless canceled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your paid features until the end of that period.

3. General Refund Policy

Because GraceFinance provides immediate access to digital services upon subscription, all sales are generally final. Please review our subscription tiers carefully before purchasing.

As a digital subscription platform, GraceFinance does not offer automatic refunds for subscription payments. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the Service and that standard return or refund policies applicable to physical goods do not apply.

4. Discretionary Refund Consideration

While refunds are not guaranteed, GraceFinance may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@gracefinance.co within 14 days of the charge in question. Requests must include your account email, the approximate date and amount of the charge, and a brief explanation of the reason for the request.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. GraceFinance is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card issuer.

6. Subscription Downgrades and Cancellations

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. You will retain your current tier's features for the remainder of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.

If you cancel your subscription entirely, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your account will revert to the Free tier. No refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation.

7. Annual Subscription Refunds

Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment at a discounted rate. Because annual plans provide a significant discount compared to monthly billing, refund eligibility for annual plans is limited to the circumstances described in Section 4. Partial refunds for unused months on an annual plan are not provided.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated by GraceFinance due to a violation of the Terms of Service, including but not limited to automated abuse, fraudulent activity, or circumvention of usage limits, you will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, we encourage you to contact us directly at support@gracefinance.co before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and in good faith.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we reserve the right to provide transaction records, account activity logs, and other relevant documentation to Stripe and the card network to contest the dispute. Accounts associated with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.

10. Free Tier

The GraceFinance Free tier does not involve any payment and is not subject to this Refund Policy. Free-tier users may upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Dispute Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice within the Service. The updated policy will apply to charges occurring after the effective date of the change.
